NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Patterson Community Development Department will act on the following application on or after July 9, 2012.
HOME OCCUPATION USE PERMIT 12-21 to allow for administrative office only for Baywide Construction to be located at 29 Walker Ranch Parkway, in a Low Density Residential District. No vehicular or pedestrian traffic shall be generated by the proposed business.
