THE CITY OF PATTERSON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Patterson Planning Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located at 1 Plaza, Patterson, to consider the following:
Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit #12-02 - M & S Mini Market, 1010 W. Las Palmas Avenue, Ste. H, APN # 021-042-005 (6 Month Review)
This is a noticed public hearing, required by ordinance, on the operation of a mini mart located at 1010 W. Las Palmas Ave., Ste. H. The purpose of the review is to ensure neighborhood compatibility. M&S Mini Mart was approved by the Planning Commission at the May 10, 2012 meeting. Noticed public hearings are required by the conditions of approval after 6 months of operation. Subsequent hearings shall be at the discretion of the Planning Commission.
Public Hearing: The West Patterson Business Park Expansion Project Final Development Plan
A public hearing to consider entitlements related to the West Patterson Business Park Expansion Project (the " Business Park Project "). The Business Park Project consists of a final development plan, pre-zoning and annexation of a 1,119 gross acre site bounded by Rogers Road, Interstate 5, Sperry Avenue and Zacharias Road, amendments to the General Plan, vesting tentative parcel maps and draft development agreements. Build out of the Business Park Project final development plan could accommodate up to 13.47 million square feet of light industrial, business park and general commercial uses and associated infrastructure.
At the above noted time and place, testimony from interested persons will be heard by the Planning Commission and duly considered prior to making a recommendation. Any material submitted to the Planning Commission for consideration (photographs, petitions, letters, etc.) will be retained by the City and cannot be returned.
If a challenge to the above application is made in court, persons may be limited to raising only those issues they or someone else raised at the Public Hearing.
