All meals are served with 8-ounces of low fat milk. Holiday cookie or special dessert is served prior to all holidays. Birthday cake is served the third Wednesday of every month. Chef’s salad can be substituted on Wednesdays and it is served with orange, wheat bread and low fat milk
Local businesses and individuals provide lunches on Thursdays at the senior center.
The suggested donation is $2 for men and women age 60 and older. Those younger than 60 must pay $5. Thursday meals are provided by community organizations.
Reservations should be made before noon a day in advance by calling 895-8197 for meals on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays or 895-8180 for Thursday meals.

Monday, July 7
Marinated chicken sandwich on whole wheat roll, tomato soup, California blend vegetables, pudding, apple juice.
Tuesday: Rotini with meat sauce, spinach salad with cherry tomatoes, green beans, pears, garlic French bread.
Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed garlic spinach, pineapple, wheat bread
Thursday: Pork chops with baked potatoes, green beans and chocolate pudding provided by the Senior Meals task Force.
Friday: Macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, garden salad with Italian dressing, orange, cornbread.
Monday, July, 14
Breaded fish fillet with lemon slice and tartar sauce, peas and carrots, creamy coleslaw, fresh fruit, wheat bread.
Tuesday: Two beef tacos, flour tortilla, with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, yellow corn, ambrosia fruit salad.
Wednesday: Beef stew with mashed potatoes, tossed salad with Thousand Island dressing, pears, wheat bread
Thursday: Spaghetti with tomato sauce, salad, French bread and cookies provided by the Senior Meal Task Force.
Friday: Chicken cacciatore, pasta, mixed vegetables, orange juice, fresh fruit.
Monday, July 21
Oven baked chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, ambrosia salad wheat bread.
Tuesday: Tostada salad with Thousand Island dressing,. California blend vegetables, peaches, pineapple orange juice.
Wednesday: Chicken salad croissant, marinated carrot salad, mandarin orange, apple juice.
Thursday: Chinese chicken salad with a pretzel mix dessert.
Friday: Hamburger with tomato slice, onion slice and lettuce, potato salad, fresh orange.
Monday, July 28
Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, pineapple, wheat bread.
Tuesday: Barbecue chicken, sweet potatoes, creamy coleslaw, orange, biscuit.
Wednesday: Club sandwich on wheat, chicken noodle soup, peaches, tomato juice.
