I was able to attend the Freedom Forum 2011 at the Patterson Covenant Church, which educated attendees last year about human trafficking issues.
Since then, I have signed on in support of Proposition 35, the Californians Against Sexual Exploitation Act. Just last Tuesday, Sens. Barbara Boxer and John Kerry and actress Jada Pinkett Smith spoke at the Foreign Relations Committee Hearing on Human Trafficking, including the need to pass Prop. 35.
