6:36 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on the 1200 block of Kingfisher Drive when an unknown subject threw a rock at a residence causing minor damage.

9:14 p.m.: Trisha Tovar, 27, was issued a citation on the 400 block of North First Street for an outstanding misdemeanor Stanislaus County warrant.

9:38 p.m.: A non-injury collision occurred when a driver rear-ended a vehicle that had stopped to make a turn off Sperry and South Del Puerto avenues.

April 23

12:27 p.m.: A stolen vehicle was reported on the 1100 block of Blue Heron.

6:58 p.m.: Petty theft was reported off the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue when an unknown subject had fled with a stolen wallet.

7:31 p.m.: A burglary occurred when an unknown subject broke into a vehicle on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue and took several electronic items.

April 24

3:42 a.m.: An assault with a deadly weapon was reported on South Third and C streets when an unknown subject hit the victim in the forehead with a shovel.

8:17 p.m.: A non-injury collision was reported on Sperry and Ward avenues when one vehicle turned in front of another on-coming vehicle.

11:29 p.m.: A juvenile was cited and released to his parents after running from law enforcement and resisting arrest on the 500 block of Peregrine Drive.

April 25

April 26

3 a.m.: Maegan Murray, 33, was arrested on the 200 block of Las Palmas Avenue for possessing a non-narcotic controlled substance. She was booked into the Stanislaus Public Safety Center.

10:14 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on the 40 block of North Third Street when unknown subjects threw a rock through a window.

April 27

12:58 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on the 400 block of Ridge Creek Lane when unknown subjects threw a rock through the window of a residence.

5:22 a.m.: Nathanael Iosia, 21, and Teofilo Stewart, 38, were both arrested on the 500 block of Roadrunner Drive for multiple felony and misdemeanor charges. Iosia was arrested for felony possession of a loaded firearm in public, felony possession of a concealed firearm and misdemeanor delaying/obstructing an officer. Stewart was arrested for felony criminal threats of violence, felony possession of a loaded firearm in public, felony carrying a concealed firearm, being under the influence of alcohol/drugs and brandishing a weapon. Both subjects were booked into the county jail.

7:07 a.m.: Vandalism occurred on the 500 block of Peregrine Drive when an unknown subject threw a rock through a window.

7:54 a.m.: Thomas Swayne, 52, was arrested on the 600 block of Spooner Court for multiple felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm or great bodily force, personate to make liable, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/co-habitant and stealing a vehicle.

April 28

1 p.m.: Jose Valadez, 33, was arrested on North Salado and Ward avenues for a felony and misdemeanor charge, including possession of a non-narcotic controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Valadez was booked into the county jail.

3:16 p.m.: A commercial burglary occurred on the 200 block of North Ninth Street when an unknown subject broke into the building and took several items.

8:53 p.m.: A vehicle theft occurred on the 300 block of Roadrunner Drive.
