1:43 p.m.: Jose Guadalupe Gallardo Duran, 47, was cited and released off Orchard and Rogers Road for a warrant out of Tuolumne County for a probation violation.

Dec. 31

1:24 p.m.: A 15-year-old juvenile male was arrested off Highway 33 and Grayson Road for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a loaded firearm in public and a warrant out of Juvenile Hall.

A 14-year-old juvenile male was arrested off Highway 33 and Grayson Road for being in possession of ammunition and a warrant out of Juvenile Hall.

A 16-year-old juvenile male was arrested off Highway 33 and Grayson Road for possession of a concealed stolen firearm, buying a firearm with an altered serial number, carrying a loaded firearm in public and possession of stolen property.

9:07 p.m.: Robert M. Sungia, 45, of Patterson was arrested on the 300 block of South Fourth Street for battery against co or non-cohabitating spouse.

10:55 p.m.: Nicholas Payton, 21, of Patterson was arrested on the 00 block of Illusion Court for being drunk in public.

3:21 a.m.: Luis Fernando Salas, 35, of Patterson was arrested at the corner of Peregrine Drive and American Eagle Avenue for being under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Jan. 2

11:45 a.m.: Cody Lee McSwain, 23, of Modesto was arrested off the 600 block of Stratton in Modesto for felony burglary; second degree, felony grand theft of more than $400, and a bench warrant for failure to appear after driving under the influence of alcohol.

9:19 p.m.: Raul Ernie Rodriguez, 36, of Patterson was arrested off Bear Hollow and Dear Hollow drives for felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of a device, instrument or paraphernalia to inject/smoke substance, driving while suspended/revoked, a warrant of arrest for control substance paraphernalia, a warrant of arrest for the possession of a controlled substance, a warrant for delaying/obstructing an officer in performing their duties, and a warrant for vandalism.

11:44 p.m.: Fancisco Lopez Villicana, 44, of Patterson was arrested off Zacharias and Rogers roads for felony immigration and naturalization.

Jan. 3

5:08 p.m.: A 16-year-old juvenile male was arrested off South Salado and South Second Street and taken to Juvenile Hall for felony vehicle theft. The passenger, a 15-year-old juvenile male, was also taken to Juvenile Hall for felony stolen property.

2:13 p.m.: Leonard Garcia, 38, of Patterson was arrested off the 200 block of North First Street for failure to appear for felony possession of a controlled substance.

Jan. 5

10:16 a.m.: A red 2004 Master Craft Ski boat and the black trailer it was on were reported stolen on the 1100 block of Kinglet Lane.
