10:53 p.m.: Juan Morales, 40 of Patterson, was arrested on the 1200 block of Pipit Drive for battery against co or non co-habitating spouse.

Feb. 3

3:16 p.m.: John Pettus, 43 of Stockton, was arrested on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue on a warrant for Return from AWP, failure to report to Alternative Release Program, and a felony warrant for return from AWP on petty theft with prior jail term for theft/burglary/robbery.

Feb. 4

3:31 p.m.: A report for battery was taken on American Eagle Avenue. The victim said s/he was walking when the incident occurred. Additional information was not released prior to press time.

Feb. 5

3:24 p.m.: A 16-year-old female juvenile was detained for petty theft on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue. The Juvenile was lectured and released to a guardian shortly after.

Feb. 6

10:44 p.m.: Jesse Chavez, 41 of Patterson, was arrested on the 00 block of South Third Street for felony resist/deterring executive officer, battery on a peace officer, emergency personnel, failure to appear warrant for elder abuse—less than great bodily injury, and failure to appear warrant for battery.

Feb. 7

5:50 p.m.: Raul Salamanca Jr., a 31-year-old transient, was arrested on the corner of South Fourth and D streets on a felony failure to appear bench warrant for the possession of a controlled substance, and felony failure to appear bench warrant for assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm or great bodily injury force.

Feb. 8

4:35 a.m.: Francisco Mercado, 28 of Patterson, was arrested on the 400 block of Road Runner Drive for felony vandalism costing $400 or more, and a bench warrant for failure to appear while driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Feb. 9

2:16 a.m.: Brittney Lauren Jardine, 18 of Patterson, was arrested on the 200 block of North Third Street for battery on an ex-spouse.
