Modesto Junior College still has two free classes open to Patterson residents who are interested in expanding their knowledge.

Both are at Creskside Middle School, 535 Peregrine Drive, room E-11.

• Branding for Your Business from 6 to 9 p.m. May 22 (1 session): Attendees can learn what it takes to create and identify brands to which people feel connected. They can discover what makes a good logo, the importance of tag lines and how to create and keep a loyal following. They will also review successful brands and epic failures.

• Leadership Academy — Attitude is Everything! from 8 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, July 15 to 19 (5 sessions): Participants can learn how to influence behavior of individuals, teams and organizations to achieve desired goals. At the end of this training, attendees are expected to be able to identify, account and formulate like a true leader.
