I totally agree with the two women who cannot find jobs because they do not speak Spanish. I lived in Patterson from 1962 to 1978, graduated in 1977, and my father was a police officer who spoke Spanish during work, but not around us when we were kids, so I do not know very much Spanish. I would love to learn one day. It is very frustrating when you try to get jobs and people turn you down because you are not bilingual. So unfair. Still hanging in there.
