More community involvement

I have been a Patterson Irrigator reader for as long as I can remember, and it’s been declining for a couple of years now. Police reports are the only interesting news for the younger crowd. I'd like to see local talent interviews and more community involvement, rather than adults being sore losers; let’s focus on our strengths rather than our weaknesses. We have a lot of potential here in Patterson; artist, athletes, musicians and great local events. My goal is to provide a breath of fresh air to a newspaper that hasn't had something for the younger readers. Stop focusing on the people and their way out and provide a stepping stone for our future generations.
