The Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors will recognize award recipients — one from each supervisor’s district — in May during Older Americans Month.
The achievement, accomplishment or service upon which the nomination is based must have taken place in Stanislaus County. Eligible work must be solely on a voluntary, unpaid basis.
Nomination forms are available at — and must be returned to — the Stanislaus County Area Agency on Aging, 121 Downey Ave., Ste. 102, Modesto, CA 95354.
The deadline for nominations is March 11.
