Thanks to all people in Patterson who donated cans and other items to the Westside Food Pantry last month, and a special thanks for the post office personnel who collected them. We really appreciate this.
There is only one thing: Please, next time, give us food we can use. This time, for every five cans, there was one we had to throw way, as they were way past the due date (from 2000, 2003, 2004., etc.) We cannot use those, and it takes us a long time to check every can.
