April 30

5:49 HRS: Unknown suspects gained forced entry into a construction site near the corner of Sperry and Ward Avenues. The suspects broke locks to storage containers and a Honda Whisperer generator and circular saw were stolen.

2:11 p.m.: Forced entry was made into a residence on the 200 block of Weber Avenue. Various items such as silver jewelry, cash and women’s makeup were stolen.

5:51 p.m.: After a verbal altercation a suspect brandished a black semi automatic handgun near the corner of Goldfinch Lane and Thrush Drive. The incident is under investigation.

6:57 p.m.: A Suspect walked into a business and grabbed a pair of pants and some t-shirts and then ran out of the store without making payment on the first block of South Del Puerto Avenue.

April 28

n 9:23 a.m.: A tan 1991 Honda Accord was stolen on the 1100 block of Blue Heron Drive.

April 26

n 8:50 a.m.: An unknown suspect unlawfully entered a van and took a Nintendo DS and charger with an Iphone on the 500 block of South Ninth Street.

9:56 a.m.: A Juvenile was arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall for possession of live ammunition and probation violation on the 600 block of Periwinkle Drive.

2:50 p.m.: Someone committed a burglary where forced was used to gain entrance on the 200 block of Heartland Ranch Avenue. Property taken includes an I-pod and a pocketknife.

April 24

6:35 a.m.: A red 1991 Honda Accord was stolen on the 100 block of Noble Park Circle.

6:16 p.m.: An unknown person forced entry into vehicle and stole stereo equipment on the 300 block of South Fifth Street.

7:56 p.m.: A robbery occurred at the Patterson Skate Park located at 1025 W. Las Palmas Ave. A skateboard was taken by no visible injury was noted on the victim. The victim did complain of pain to his lower left jaw area. The case is still under investigation.

May 8

1:22 a.m.: James Thomas Turner, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a loaded concealed firearm in public on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue.

7:34 p.m.: Unlawful entry was made through garage door of a residence on the 800 block of Miraggio Drive. The suspect took a Craftsman lawn mower.

May 7

1:12 p.m.: Someone forcefully gained access to the front door of a residence on the 200 block of Franquette Street. Various household appliances were stolen.

May 6

7:17 a.m.: A gold 2004 Chevy truck was stolen on the 100 block of Paramatta Drive.

May 5

5:59 p.m.: Indalio Alcantar, 19, of Patterson was arrested and booked on suspicion of felony drug possession and driving without a license near the corner of East Las Palmas Avenue and First Street.

May 3

12:51 a.m.: A ‘98 Honda Civic was stolen from the someone’s driveway on the 1400 block of Hunter Creek Drive.

9:46 a.m.: A burgundy, 4 door, 1991 Honda Accord was stolen on the 1400 block of Cliff Swallow Drive.

2:40 p.m.: A juvenile was arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall for being a felon in possession of ammunition and possession of burglary tools on the first block of South Third Street.

6:30 p.m.: Two adult males entered a residence while the resident was home on the 1400 block of Longhorn Lane. Jewelry and other items were taken. The victim got out of house and went to a neighbor’s residence to use the phone to call 911. The incident remains under investigation.

May 2

7:37 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a vacant residence on the first block of Illusion Court. A witness reported that a group of unknown people was looking at a vacant residence nearby. The witness went out to investigate and as he did, one of the unknown persons threatened to punch him.

May 9

n 3:42 a.m.: James Thomas Turner, 24, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of possessing a loaded firearm in public false identification to peace officer, and parole violation at the Patterson Police Department.

May 12

2:28 a.m.: David Tyler Figuerrido, 32, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and being under the influence of drugs or alcohol in public, Ricardo Rocha Hernandez, 22, of Patterson arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness, and Randall Emory II, 30, of Fowler was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and being under the influence of drugs or alcohol in public on the first block of South Del Puerto Avenue.

3:28 p.m.: James Baker, 47, of Patterson arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant from Amador County for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana by a driver and driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license on the 300 block of Weber Avenue.

11:48 p.m.: Roberto Ballesteros Aguilar, 31, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence alcohol/drugs in public on the 100 block of Plover Court.

May 13

8:35 a.m.: An occupied residence and an unoccupied vehicle were struck by bullets on the 1300 block of Shearwater Drive. The occupants of the residence reported being awoken by gunshots and seeing two groups of unidentified subject’s running in opposite directions. The case is still under investigation.

7:03 p.m.: An Unknown suspect or suspects forced entry into a residence and ransacked it taking unknown property on the 1400 block of Mendocino Creek Drive.

May15

9:44 p.m.: Front drivers window and windshield were broken on a vehicle that was parked in its driveway on the 300 block of Berlin Way.

May 16

8:31 a.m.: An incident remains under investigation in an incident at an unknown location in Patterson for assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, criminal threats, battery with great bodily injury, and robbery. A juvenile was struck in the face and items stolen from them.

7:30 p.m.: Joseph Ceaser Todisco, 46, arrested on suspicion of making a threat to injure school or public employee and vandalism, $5,000 to $50,000 on the 800 block of North Second Street.

May 18

9:50 p.m.: Eloy Mercado, 27, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of possession of non-narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia near the corner of American Eagle Avenue and Thrush Drive.

May 19

8:07 a.m.: A 2005 Honda Accord was stolen on the 500 block of Tuscany Court.

9:02 a.m.: A 2005 green Ford F150 pickup was stolen on the 1400 block of Angus Street.

9:23 a.m.: A Deputy responded to the area of South 2nd Street and Sperry Avenue for a report of a White Buick and Maroon sedan shooting at each other. During the initial response, the Deputy was unable to locate either vehicle. Case is still under investigation.



7:58 p.m.: Juvenile was booked into Juvenile Hall for on suspicion of providing false ID and attempted vandalism to a patrol vehicle at Garza Park.
