The Ravens junior varsity youth football team extended its winning streak to six games on Saturday, Sept. 21 with a booming 28-0 victory over the Denair Lions at Patterson Community Stadium.

Ravens running back Miguel Alvarez crossed the goal line following a 50-yard carry, while Zachary Rodriguez added a 45-yard TD strike to teammate Gregory Reichmuth.

Caden Williams and Joseph McGarry also found the end zone for the Ravens (6-0).

The offensive line did its part to keep Rodriguez clean and the chains moving, according to Ravens coach Joe Powers.

Xavier Williams added a pair of 2-point conversions for the local team.

The novice Ravens continued their undefeated season Saturday with a 37-0 win over the Denair Lions.

Offensively, Jordan Imada led the way, tallying a pair of touchdown runs — a 25-yarder and a 30-yard scoring scamper.

Tanner Davies, Souljah Garcia, Damien Rosado and Jared Rosas also had rushing TDs for the Ravens (6-0).
