Play will begin with the shotgun start at noon.
Registration will continue through May.
Entry fees are $150 per player or $650 for a team of four registering together. Fees include lunch, 18 holes of golf, use of a cart and dinner.
Teams that reserve a place by April 15 will receive a $15 per-player discount.
An awards presentation will follow the tournament, with prizes given to the top three teams.
Proceeds will support the Father James V. Connors Endowment Trust Fund, which provides financial backing for Sacred Heart Catholic School.
