Chers éditeurs (Dear Editors):

Alas! Poor Yorick!

When reading about politics, I consult the Christian Science Monitor, the LA or New York Times; the Atlanta Constitution ain’t bad either!

For information on the economy, I read the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and the above newspapers.

For fun, I read Le Monde, Le Figaro, Le Canard Enchaine.

No, I do not rely on the Irrigator to provide information, news and world events as the above publications do so well.

The Irrigator provides fun with Ron Swift, the high school sporting events, a few very poor pictures and sometimes articles by locals who are admirably in a state of ennui and chagrin.

Such gamins and miscreants!

Please leave my friends alone. They don’t do dirt!

Mes meilleurs voeux (Please accept my best wishes),

Paul De Landa,

Patterson
