The Patterson High swim team gave its strongest performance to date March 27, sweeping a double dual meet with Central Catholic High of Modesto and Central Valley High of Ceres at the Ceres High School pool.

Both the boys and the girls picked up their first Western Athletic Conference team wins of the season.

The Tiger boys team defeated the Central Catholic Raiders 123-93 and the Central Valley Hawks 123-33.

The Patterson girls team triumphed over Central Catholic 101- 52 and bested Central Valley 101-48.

“I am so proud of my team for coming together in a hectic setting — swimming against two teams at the same time,” said Patterson coach Amy Castillo. “Their hard work is paying off.”
