All schools require a child’s immunization card, birth certificate, proof of physical street address (such as a utility bill), documentation of any special-education services, and any relevant court orders or foster agency documentation to register a student.
Registration times are as follows:
• Del Puerto High School, 640 M St. — New students may be registered from 3 to 5 p.m. Aug. 6, 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 7 or 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 8. A copy of the student’s transcript, either official or unofficial, is required.
• Patterson High School, 200 N. Seventh St. — Parents may register students from 8 a.m. to noon or from 1 to 3 p.m. weekdays beginning Aug. 1. For incoming 11th- and 12th-graders, a copy of the student’s California High School Exit Exam results should be taken to the counseling office.
• Creekside Middle School, 535 Peregrine Drive — Children may be registered from 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. weekdays beginning Aug. 1.
• Elementary schools: Apricot Valley, 1320 Henley Parkway; Las Palmas, 624 W. Las Palmas Ave.; Northmead, 625 L St.; Walnut Grove, 775 N. Hartley St.; Grayson Charter, 301 Howard Road, in Westley — Starting Aug. 7, parents may register their children from 8:30 a.m. to noon or from 1 to 3 p.m. weekdays.
