A private funeral service is planned for Wayne Bronco of Modesto, who died Monday, Sept. 10, at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
Mr. Bronco, 64, was a native of Mobile, Ala., and was a resident of Modesto for 19 years. He grew up in Fremont and was an automobile mechanic for 40 years. Mr. Bronco served in the United States Marine Corps and was a recipient of three Purple Hearts. Mr. Bronco was a disabled Vietnam veteran and loved cars and motorcycles.
Mr. Bronco is survived by his son, Wayne Bronco of Modesto; mother, Tillie Lord of Patterson; brothers, Dwight Branco of Grass Valley and David Branco of Livermore; sister, Debbie Dickinson of Patterson and granddaughter, Genesis Bronco of Modesto. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Branco.
