Local residents can submit questions ahead of time by emailing the chamber at chamberofcommerce@gvni.com.
Larry Giventer, a professor of political science at California State University, Stanislaus, will moderate the event.
The forum, which is slated to last for two hours, will be inside the City Council chambers at City Hall, 1 Plaza.
