• 10:59 a.m.: California Highway Patrol recovered a stolen Ford F250 on the 1100 block of Marsh Wren Drive.

• 11:30 a.m.: A juvenile was cited for possession of Marijuana with intent to sell at a school campus at Creekside Middle School.

March 23

• 7:50 a.m.: Two bicylcles were stolen from an open garage at the residence on the 400 block of Red Robin Drive.

March 24

• 9:20 a.m.: A red 1995 Honda Civic was stolen from in front of a residence on the 800 block of Madrone Lane.

March 25

• 9:50 a.m.: Someone broke into a residence through the front door on the 1300 block of Samantha Creek and stole electronics items.

• 11:56 a.m.: An unknown suspect or suspects shot two vehicles with a large caliber gun, causing damage to the unoccupied vehicles near the corner of Washburn and North First Streets.

March 28

• 2:25 a.m.: Miguel Garcia, 38 yrs old, of Patterson was arrested for being drunk in public on the 100 block of South Fourth Street.

• 1:57 p.m.: A juvenile was arrested at the campus of Patterson High School after being asked several times to leave the campus, and refusing. The juvenile was cited for resisting arrest, congregating near a school site and refusing to leave and, disruption of the school campus.

March 29

• 10:40 a.m.: A Residential burglary occurred on the 600 block of Hollyhock Circle, where a purse with miscellaneous items inside, two bicycles, tools and miscellaneous items was taken.

• 3:15 p.m.: Javier Maciel, 35, of Patterson was arrested for unauthorized use of personal identification, second-degree burglary, forgery with intent to defraud by check, and possession of drug paraphernalia on the first block of Plaza.

March 30

• 8:22 p.m.: A juvenile was arrested and transported to Juvenile Hall where he was booked for Conspiracy to commit assault. A second juvenile was later arrested in connection with this case for assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit assault.

March 31

• 9:15 a.m.: A burgundy 2003 Toyota Tacoma was stolen during the night on the 600 block of Periwinkle Drive.

April 4

• 2:24 p.m.: A theft from a shed was reported on the 200 block of North Fourth Street. Various tools and a laptop were taken.

April 22

• 5:24 a.m.: A juvenile was arrested for vehicle theft, possession of burglary tools and felony probation violation on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue.

• 9:36 p.m.: Sergio German Jr, 23, of Patterson was arrested for driving while intoxicated near the corner of Weber Avenue and Las Palmas Avenue. He was cited and released.

April 21

• 12:06 a.m.: Enrique Oscar Silva, 20, was arrested for driving while intoxicated under 21 years of age near the corner of Las Palmas Avenue and Fifth Street. He was cited and released.

April 19

• 1:37 a.m.: Heriberto Carrillo, 33, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon other than firearm on the 200 block of El Circulo.

April 18

• 8:04 p.m.: Carlos Cantu, 39, of Patterson was arrested for driving while intoxicated near the corner of Ward Avenue and American Eagle Parkway. He was cited and released.

April 17

• 10:16 a.m.: A juvenile was arrested/ cited and released to a parent for assault with a deadly weapon at Creekside Middle School. No student was injured during this incident.

April 16

• 5:24 a.m.: A victim interrupted a vehicle burglary on the 600 block of Hollyhock Circle. Once he yelled at the unknown suspects, two gunshots were heard and he felt pain to his face and head area. Victim denied medical attention.

April 15

• 4:47 p.m.: A residential burglary was reported on the 300 block of South Fifth Street. A room was ransacked and a window shattered where the entry was made. Jewelry and other items were stolen.

• 1 p.m.: David Montano, 31, was arrested for two warrants on Meadow Rue Park, one from Los Gatos PD and one from San Francisco.

April 14

• 12:35 a.m.: Ricardo Garcia, 44, was cited for 11364 H&S, Possession of drug paraphernalia near the corner of Washburn Street and North First Street.

April 13

• 8:39 a.m.: A Residential burglary occurred on the 300 block of I Street. The home was ransacked with numerous items stolen.
