The auxiliary’s monthly meeting will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Las Palmas Mobile Estates Clubhouse, 250 E. Las Palmas Ave. Female descendants, spouses, mothers and grandmothers of honorably discharged veterans are eligible for membership.
The American Legion Post No.168 will have its monthly social from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Pizza Plus, 50 S. Del Puerto Ave. The regular monthly meeting will follow at 7 p.m. at Father Connors Hall at 220 N Salado Ave.
Prospective legion members are welcome and should take their discharge papers and $30 for annual dues. Annual auxiliary dues are $25.
