The Patterson City Council may vote to alter monthly meetings with the prospective developers of the proposed Crows Landing Air Facility during its regular Tuesday meeting.
PCCP West Park developer Gerry Kamilos had been meeting monthly with Mayor Becky Campo and City Manager Cleve Morris. The council will consider having county representatives, Councilwoman Annette Smith and representatives from groups opposing and supporting the project also join those meetings.
The council could also allow West Park representatives to meet with city planners and consultants, something the council has prevented so far.
The council will also consider borrowing money to help expand the sewage treatment plant.
The council had authorized spending about $900,000 in September to engineer the project, but because the housing market has slowed down home building that would have paid to make the plant bigger, has been put on hold.
To make sure there is full sewer capacity for the 817-acre master-planned West Patterson Business Park, the council will consider applying for a $706,870 loan from Stanislaus County’s Economic Development Bank, according to a report from the city manager.
The council also plans to review a mid-year crime report.
