People can comment on the grant applications until April 1.
Grant funding would be used for law enforcement, search and rescue, public education, operations, maintenance and restoration at Frank Raines Off-Highway Park, west of Patterson, and at LaGrange Off-Highway Park, south of LaGrange.
Those who wish to review the grant application and submit a comment should visit the California State Parks website, www.parks.ca.gov, or read the instructions for public review and comment at www.ohv.parks.ca.gov/? page_id=1164.
