Four officers were re-elected: Carol Scoles, president; Phil Breasher, vice president; Faye Hill, secretary; and Chris Dennis, treasurer.
In addition, Kevin Nelson was elected to the director position held by Joland Schut, who died in November.
Other directors are Linda Briggs, Chris Bingham, Burta Herger and Vivian Ratliff.
Appointed positions in the society include Ron Swift, curator of the museum in the Center Building; Bob Kimball, tour director; John V. Azevedo, historian; Lucie Field, Webmaster; and Ed Torrison, curator of large equipment.
Gustine native Pat Snoke, a member of the Gustine Historical Society, spoke to group members about her family history and ties to Patterson.
Snoke explained that as she studied her family history, she learned about the West Side. Snoke also discussed the Crows Landing Naval Air Base and the pioneer cemetery that is said to be located there.
