5:30 p.m.: Mario Alberto Contreras, 18, of Newman was arrested on the 200 block of Magnolias Court on suspicion of auto theft and three felony warrants from Los Banos Superior court for impersonating someone else to make them liable, under influence of controlled substance and probation violation.

5:30 p.m.: Hugo Garcia, 22, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of felony carrying a concealed weapon other than a firearm and reckless driving with a suspended license on the 200 block of Magnolias Court.

5:30 p.m.: Arturo Martinez, 19, of Modesto was arrested for arrested on suspicion of auto theft and receiving known stolen property on the 200 block of Magnolias Court.

Feb 8

10:20 a.m.: Someone broke into a business after hours on the first block of South Salado Avenue and once inside took an unknown amount of money. They also vandalized the inside of the business.

Feb. 6

1:53 p.m.: Daniel Lancaster, 29, of Patterson was arrested and booked into county jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, other than a firearm.

Feb. 5

4:39 p.m.: Someone broke into a residence on the 500 block of Fourth Street and took several electronic and jewelry items.
