Feb. 18

8:45 p.m.: Gary Wayne Neely, 53, of Patterson was arrested on the 1300 block of Horizon Lane on suspicion of battery and exhibiting a deadly weapon that is not a firearm.

Feb. 17

10:04 p.m.: Jacob Rivera, 18, of Patterson was arrested on South Del Puerto Avenue just north of Sperry Avenue for the charge of carrying a loaded firearm with intent to commit a felony.

Feb. 14

1:54 p.m.: Someone cut the lock to an electrical box to an irrigation well near the corner of Walnut Avenue and North First Street, then cut and removed all the wires running to the well.

Feb. 13

11:38 a.m.: Someone set a bench at a baseball field on fire near the corner of Creekside and Alpine Creek Drives. Police cited a boy who was released to his parents with a promise to appear with him in court. The boy’s identity was not released because he was under 18 years old.



Feb. 12

8:24 HRS: A stolen 1994 Acura Integra from Newman was located in Patterson on the corner of Franquette and Payne Streets.
