A Patterson man faces 99 years in prison after he was convicted in Stanislaus County Superior Court earlier this month of child molestation.

Dallas Randolph White, 57, of Patterson, was convicted March 19 of multiple counts of child molestation including sexual intercourse, oral copulation, sexual penetration with a foreign object and lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 10-years-old in Patterson, according to a press release from the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s office.

White committed the acts between Aug. 1, 2010 and June 11, 2011, the release stated.

White had served two prior prison terms including one for robbery, which is a strike under California’s Three Strikes Law, according to the release.

Certain violent crimes that are listed in California law carry a strike. This is considered White’s second strike, which doubles his potential sentence of 45 years in prison.

Stanislaus Superior Court Judge Linda McFadden set a sentencing hearing for May 7.
