Parents who are new to the Patterson Joint Unified School District may register their children for school on the following days and times at the appropriate school location:
All schools require parents to bring the child’s immunization card, birth certificate, proof of physical street address (i.e., utility bill), documentation if child is receiving special education services, and court order/foster agency documentation (if applicable) at the time of registration.
• Creekside Middle School, 535 Peregrine Dr: Starting on Wednesday, July 31, parents may register their children from 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Incoming seventh-graders must have proof of T-dap booster vaccine.
• Del Puerto High School, 640 M St.: Monday, Aug. 5 from 2 to 4 p.m.; Tuesday, Aug.6 from 5 to 7 p.m. and Wednesday Aug. 7 from 9 a.m. to noon. In addition to the above listed requirements, please bring a copy of the child’s transcript (unofficial will be accepted).
• Patterson High School, 200 N Seventh St.: Beginning on Wednesday, July 31, parents may register their children from 8 to 11 .a.m. and from 1 to 3 p.m. In addition to the above listed requirements, parents should bring a copy of the child’s CAHSEE scores for 11th and 12th graders to the PHS Counseling Office, 200 N. Seventh St.
• Apricot Valley Elementary, 1320 Henley Parkway, Las Palmas School, 624 W. Las Palmas Ave., Northmead School, 625 L St., Walnut Grove School, 775 Henley Parkway and Grayson Charter School, 301 Howard Road, Westley: Starting Tuesday, Aug. 6, parents may register their children from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 3 p.m.
