8:22 a.m.: A dark green 1994 Honda Accord was stolen on the 500 block of Logan Way during the night.

April 21

10:41 a.m.: David Alexander Montano, 32, of Patterson was arrested for drunk in public near the corner of American Eagle and Sperry Avenues.

April 20

8:24 p.m.: Ramiro Garcia Salinas, 47, of Patterson arrested near the corner of South Del Puerto Avenue and E Street on a warrant for failure to report to the Alternative Work Program.

April 18

9:03 a.m.: Someone attempted to pry open a front door to a local business on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue. The door was damaged from the attempted break in.

2:21 p.m.: Someone pulled wiring loose on several locations of a property on the 14000 block of Poplar Avenue.

April 16

4:02 a.m.: Someone pried open a back door to a local business on the 1000 block of West Las Palmas and removed several pieces of yard and garden equipment.

3:03 p.m.: Someone pried open and broke a side window to a residence on the 1200 block of Fawn Lily Drive. No entry was made, however.

April 15

6:31 p.m.: Someone kicked in the back door of a home on the 300 block of North Third Street and took several items.

9:19 p.m.: Someone gained entry to a home on the 1400 block of Wood Creek Drive through a garage door and took several electronics items.

April 14

12:43 p.m.: A 1999 White Geo Metro four-door was stolen during the night on the 400 block of Franquette Street.

3:21 p.m.: Someone kicked in the back door of a home on the 600 block of Olive Avenue and took several items.

April 13

9:54 a.m.: Jorge Castillon, 27, of Patterson was arrested near the corner of South Third Street and Sperry Avenue on suspicion of possession of a non-narcotic controlled substance, a warrant for failure to appear on suspicion of driving when license his suspended or revoked for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and another warrant for failure to appear on suspicion of driving while his license was suspended or revoked.

7:12 p.m.: Christine Marie Silveira, 46, of Hilmar was arrested near the corner of Ike Crow Road and Highway 33 on a warrant for failure to report to the Alternative Work Release Program.

April 12

3:25 a.m.: An assault with a deadly weapon occurred when someone got into a struggle with two assailants over his cell phone on the 1000 block of West Las Palmas Avenue. During the struggle, the victim was stabbed in the abdomen; suspects are still outstanding at this time.

April 10

10:12 a.m.: Someone removed and took two wheels from a vehicle in a parking lot on the 100 block of South Second Street.



April 8

2:50 a.m.: Deputies responded to an alarm call, found rear door to business ajar with the responsible person already gone. The person responsible for the business responded and checked to find items taken or disturbed.

9:18 a.m.: Related to the alarm call at 2:50 a.m., it was discovered that someone broke a window of an adjoining business on the 200 block of El Circulo and stole many items. It was unknown who the responsible person is.

April 7

12:38 a.m.: Raul Santana, Jr., 33, of Modesto was arrested near the corner of South Third Street and Salado Avenue for a warrant for failure to appear on suspicion of driving when license is suspended/revoked for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

April 5

9:23 p.m.: Andrew John Schortgen, 20, of Patterson was arrested on the 500 block of Inaudi Drive on suspicion of being drunk in public.

April 4

8:42 p.m.: David Domingo Castro, 27, of Patterson was arrested on the 1000 block of West Las Palmas Avenue for being drunk in public.

April 2

6:17 a.m.: Sometime between March 29 and April 2 someone cut the lock off a gate and entered a property on the 100 block of South Seventh Street and sole a 2006 Ford F350 white pick-up.

March 31

1:52 a.m.: Gustavo Mercado, 27, of Patterson was arrested on the first block of South Third Street on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a prior conviction of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs within 10 years, driving on a suspended license for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading arrest.

3:18 p.m.: Norma Lancaster, 50, of Patterson was arrested for on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

March 30

4:17 p.m.: James Bondurant, 20, of Patterson was arrested on the 1000 block of West Las Palmas Avenue, cited and released on suspicion of trespassing.

March 29

9:02 a.m.: Rigoberto Lopez, 37, of Patterson was arrested near the corner of E street and South Third Street on suspicion of failure to appear for a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

9:20 a.m.: Carlos Rivera, 39, of Patterson was arrested near the block of Juarez Court and North First Street on suspicion of battery on a peace officer; delaying/obstructing officer in performance of duties, and a bench warrant for failure to appear on possession of controlled substance.

11:30 a.m.: Don Scott Campbell 50, of Patterson was arrested on the 400 block of K Street on a warrant of arrest from the Department of Child Support Services for a contempt.

12:05 p.m.: Guadalupe Hernandez, 54, of Patterson was arrested on the 200 block of North First Street for three warrants of arrest on three separate cases from the alternative release program.

12:15 p.m.: Albert Ray Sisneroz, 24, of Patterson was arrested on the 200 block of South Second Street on three on three bench warrants for failure to appear on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance in three separate cases.

2:34 p.m.: Kent Christopher Delphia, 46, of Patterson was arrested on the 400 block of L Street for a bench warrant on failure to appear on suspicion of possession of controlled substance.

2:45 p.m.: Cesar Gabriel Ortega 18, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of felony negligent discharge of a firearm, felony carrying a loaded unregistered firearm and carrying a concealed firearm on occupant within a vehicle.

11:53 p.m.: Eloy Mercado, 28, of Patterson was arrested on the corner of West Las Palmas and Plaza Circle for three separate cases of failure to appear for the Alternative Release Program.

March 28

12:11 p.m.: Julio Gutierrez Cortez, 26, of Modesto was arrested on the 1400 block of Hunter Creek Drive on suspicion of trespassing and occupying a property without consent.

Alcauter Huberto Perez, 26, of Newman was arrested on 1400 block of Hunter Creek Drive on suspicion of trespassing.

Jose Luis Santoyo, 27, of Newman was arrested on 1400 block of Hunter Creek Drive on suspicion of trespassing.



Salvador Vargas, 21, of Modesto was arrested on 1400 block of Hunter Creek Drive on suspicion of trespassing occupying a property without consent.

March 27

7:01 a.m.: Antonio Santoyo Vargas, 28, of Patterson was arrested on the 1400 block of Hunter Creek Drive on suspicion of felony cultivating, harvesting or processing marijuana, felony utility services theft over $400.00, and willful child endangerment.

Maricela Aguilar Yanez, 28, of Patterson was arrested on the 1400 block of Hunter Creek Drive on suspicion of felony cultivating, harvesting, processing marijuana, felony utility services theft over $400.00, and willful child endangerment.

10:56 a.m.: James Dominic Soliz, 23, of Patterson was arrested on a warrant from Santa Clara County on suspicion of exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm, and an infraction bench warrant for failure to appear on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 1 oz in Stanislaus County.

March 26

8:42 a.m.: Cholon Zanetta Edwards, 39, of Patterson was arrested on the 600 block of Stone Creek Lane on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.
