11:14 p.m.: Kyle Anthony Armbruster, 21, of Patterson was arrested on the 14000 block of Rogers Road on suspicion of being drunk in Public.

May 24

11:15 a.m.: Emmanuel Shiloh Dunerway, 22, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of first-degree burglary on the first block of Del Puerto.

6:02 p.m.: Cesario Junior Luna, 40, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of robbery on the corner of North First Street and East Las Palmas Avenue.

3:14 a.m.: Ernesto Aranda, 18, of Modesto was arrested on the 400 block of Franquette Street on a warrant for failure to appear for second degree burglary a commitment warrant for a 90 day sentence on burglary second degree.

8:15 p.m.: Francisco Cortez, 25, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and being drunk in public on the 1000 block of Deer Hollow Drive.

5:14 p.m.: A 15-year-old boy was cited and released to his grandmother on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue for theft.

6:52 a.m.: Someone stole took a green 1991 Honda Accord that was parked and locked in front of the victim’s residence on the 300 block of South Fourth Street.

9:59 a.m.:A commercial burglary occurred when someone entered a store on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue on two separate occasions and took two bottles of liquor.

1:25 p.m.: A Vehicle burglary occurred when on the first block of N. Salado Avenue when someone entered a locked vehicle and took a 12 volt battery.

7:22 p.m.: Jorge Alvarez, 51 years old, of Patterson was arrested on the first block of Plaza Circle for public intoxication.

May 2

9:20 a.m.: A search warrant was served and two subjects were arrested on the 600 block of Snow Creek Lane. Antonio Moreno, 24, of Patterson and Ariana Canela, 25, of Patterson were both arrested for felony utility theft, felony cultivation of marijuana and misdemeanor willful child suffering or endangerment.

9:30 a.m.: A search warrant was served and two were subjects arrested on the 1400 block of Jake Creek Drive. Brandan Segoviano, 22, of Patterson and Amber Liegl, 22, of Patterson were both arrested for felony utility theft, felony cultivation of marijuana and misdemeanor willful child suffering or endangerment.

7:21 p.m.: Andrew Schortgen, 20 years old, of Patterson was arrested near the corner of Poppy Avenue and Nicastro Drive for public intoxication.

9:33 p.m.: A petty theft occurred when someone entered an unlocked vehicle on the 16000 block of Ward Avenue and took several pieces of baseball equipment.

9:15 a.m.: A case of malicious mischief occurred on the 1200 block of Gannet Lane when someone slashed the tires to a vehicle.

April 29

2:28 p.m.: Blanca Ramirez, 24, of Patterson was cited and released on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue for a petty theft. The stolen items were recovered and returned.

2:57 a.m.: Roberto Sandoval, 20, of Patterson was cited near the corner of M and North Fifth Streets for driving under the influence.

April 27

11:05 p.m.: Salvador Castaneda-Portillo, 22, of Patterson was cited near the corner of South Second Street and South Salado Avenue for driving under the influence.

April 26

6:22 p.m.: Jacqueline Mary Cook, 28, of Patterson was arrested on the 200 block of South Fifth Street for first degree burglary, first degree battery against person resulting in serious bodily injury, felony criminal threats of violence, felony preventing dissuading a victim from seeking arrest, and felony conspiracy to commit crime.

Hugo Garcia, 22, of Patterson was arrested on the 100 block of Brook Hollow Drive for publishing or passing false materials, and driving with a suspended license.
