10:54 a.m.: David Alexander Montano, 33, of Patterson was arrested near the corner of Sperry Avenue and Ninth Street for being under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Oct. 30

10:14 a.m.: A grand theft occurred at the 100 block of South Second Street when an unknown suspect removed electronic equipment from a local business.

Oct. 31

9:37 a.m.: A gray 2005 Ford was reported stolen on the 200 block of South Seventh Street.

Nov. 1

2:35 p.m.: Eryca Lynn French, 27, of Patterson was arrested on the 200 block of Weber Avenue on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a burglary, second degree out of Riverbank Police Services, and a felony warrant of arrest out of Tuolumne County for willful harm or injury to a child.

3:08 p.m.: Francisco Javier Suarez, 29, of Patterson was arrested on the 200 block of North Third Street for possession of drug paraphernalia.

4:56 p.m.: Codie Elaine Brantley, 26, of Newman was arrested off East Las Palmas and Chestnut Avenues on a bench warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence of alcohol with CHP, failure to report to Alternative Release Program, warrant of arrest out of Modesto Police for theft, personal property, warrant of arrest out of Siskiyou County for driving while license has been suspended/revoked for dui/drugs/alcohol, failure to give notice of address change and driving over 65 miles per hour.

Nov. 2

8:16 p.m.: A 14-year-old juvenile male was arrested on the 1300 block of Cougar Creek Drive for battery with serious injury.

Nov. 3

1:49 a.m.: Eddie Viramontes, 30, of Patterson was arrested on the 1100 block of Gaugin Way for battery against co or non cohabitating spouse.

2:24 p.m.: Amanda Rae, 24, of Patterson was arrested on the 300 block of South Fourth Street for felony assault deadly weapon, other than firearm, or great bodily force, and felony for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.
