9:17 a.m.: Joseph Murray, 22, of Patterson was arrested on the 200 block of South Third Street on a failure to appear warrant from the Modesto Police Department for theft of personal property.
10:35 a.m.: Kelly Marie Powell, 28, of Lake Havasu, Arizona was arrested on the 15000 block of Rogers Road on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
11:06 p.m.: A 16-year-old male was arrested on the corner of Highway 33 and Las Palmas Avenue on suspicion of two counts of battery on a peace officer and emergency personnel, delaying or obstructing an officer in performance of his duties and disorderly conduct.
4:03 a.m.: Lynn Felice Martin, 46, of San Francisco was arrested near the corner of South Del Puerto and Sperry Avenues on suspicion of driving under the influence drugs or alcohol.
4:28 p.m.: Someone entered a local business and grabbed two cell phones from a display and left on the first block of South Del Puerto Avenue.
9:53 a.m.: A residential burglary was reported on the 1000 block of West Las Palmas Avenue. It was unknown what was taken.
4:02 a.m.: Cristina Mejia Herrera, 46, of Modesto was arrested on the 1300 block of Thoroughbred Street on suspicion of felony first-degree burglary, felony conspiracy to commit crime and felony receiving known stolen property.
Robert Stephan Tyler, 28, of Modesto was arrested on suspicion of felony first-degree burglary, felony conspiracy to commit crime, felony receiving known stolen property and felony violation of parole.
Clifford Leon Washington, 61, of Modesto, was arrested on suspicion of felony first degree burglary, felony conspiracy to commit crime and felony receiving known stolen property.
