Each $10 ticket allows entry into six gardens with six different themes.
Four of the gardens are private gardens (including three small suburban gardens and one large country garden), all full of gardening ideas for visitors.
Also included is a large community garden where residents can share in the enjoyment and maintenance of the garden. Of particular interest is one of Patterson’s best kept secrets—the Patterson High School/FFA garden. The display includes raised planting beds, a greenhouse and shade house. This is a teaching garden where students learn skills they can carry forward into higher education and careers in the field of agriculture and floriculture.
Tickets may be purchased at the Patterson Garden Club meetings on March 27 and April 24 between the hours of 9 and 11 a.m. and the day of the tour from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Las Palmas Mobile Estates Clubhouse, 250 East Las Palmas Ave.
