7:50 a.m.: Gary Wayne Neely, 54 of Patterson, was arrested on the 1300 block of Horizon Lane for felony criminal threats of violence, carrying a switchblade knife and felony assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm or great bodily injury force.

8:54 a.m.: Fernando John Baltazar, 34 of Patterson, was arrested on the 200 block of North First Street for violating a restraining order.
