Spring bazaar offers family fun

Sacred Heart Church Spring Bazaar offers fun for the whole family on Sunday, May 4.

An adult co-ed softball tournament will run all day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Children’s carnival games and attractions, craft booths and live entertainment will be on tap from 12 noon to 5 p.m.

A sheriff’s K-9 demonstration and Patterson Fire Department exhibit will also be available for viewing pleasure.

Donation drawing ticket winners will be announced at 5 p.m.

A barbecue chicken dinner will be served up for dine-in or take-out from 4 to 6 p.m.

Tickets for the barbecue can be purchased at Sacred Heart Rectory, 529 I St., in advance for $10 per person or at the door for $13 per person.

Proceeds raised benefit the St. Vincent de Paul Community life Center Building, which will be built at the Sacred Heart School campus. The 800-seat facility will feature meeting rooms, a stage and sound system, youth center, commercial kitchen and 8,000-square foot rental hall.
