Modesto Junior College has announced classes to be conducted in Patterson this summer for West Side residents.

Two electricity classes are on the MJC schedule with one offered on Saturday mornings and the other on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both are being held at the Stanislaus County Office of Education building on Walnut and Hartley streets in Patterson. Classes begin in June.

Two math classes, a history class and a guidance class are all being offered at Patterson High School, 200 N. Seventh St., on weekdays.

Modesto Junior College announced this winter at a special meeting held at the high school that the college would partner with high school districts to bring college course opportunities to high school sites through out Stanislaus County.
