Marigold Home is now offering its specialized services to senior citizens who need living assistance but still want to retain their independence.

The housing unit fits six residents that Marigold Home is hoping to fill. The unit is licensed by the state to house hospice residents and has two bedrooms that are specially designed for bedridden or hospice residents.

“The house is loaded with special features that serve seniors that need assistance,” said Olivia Filimoehala, an administrator at Marigold Home.

Along with offering hospice and bedridden care, Marigold Home also specializes in dementia care.

The home is under 24-hour supervision in order to ensure safety and offers a wide variety of health and lifestyle assistance, including assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming.

Marigold Home also provides medication management, housekeeping services and three nutritious meals a day, along with snacks.

The staff strives to treat all their residents with dignity and respect, and always encourages residents to stay active.

Any interested senior citizens in need of this service should contact them by phone at 209-894-8182 or can visit their website at marigoldhome.org.

The house is located at 1416 Marigold Dr. here in Patterson.
